Rita Taylor

Rita was born January 15, 1955 in Matador, Texas to Tom and Mary Ann Conaway. She married Bud Taylor on April 21, 2012 in Pampa, Texas.

Rita was very active with the Glen Meadows Baptist Church. She loved home decorating, gardening, camping and scuba diving.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Brandon Seymour and nephew, Darrell Shelton.

Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Wade and DeeDee Seymour of Pampa; a sister, Gina (Jack) Roig of Salt Springs, Florida; grandchildren, Ty Jones and his wife, Chelsea, of Midland, and Cody Seymour of Oklahoma; niece Stephanie and David Maddox and children.

A visitation for Rita will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Johnson's Funeral Home, 435 W Beauregard Ave, San Angelo, Texas 76903.

Service are Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Glen Meadows Baptist Church, 6002 Knickerbocker Rd, San Angelo, TX 76904. Rev. Mack Roller will officiate with burial to follow in Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens, 4989 FM 1223, San Angelo, Texas 76905.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Bishop Street Boot Camp at www.bishopstreetbootcamp.org.
