Beto, as he was known to family and friends, was a member of the San Angelo business community, as owner and operator of Sanchez Bell Service Station on South Chadbourne for 30 years and worked for Taylor Petroleum on North Chadbourne for 20 years, until he retired in 1994. He proudly supported the Lake View community and Angelo State University, where his children attended.
Beto was deeply loved and cherished by his family. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 64 years, Eleanora C. Sanchez; his daughter Mrs. Sylvia Dzenowski; his daughter Mrs. Gloria Hummingbird and her husband Robert; and their sons Robert and his wife Courtney, and Matthew. He is preceded in death by his son Juan C. Sanchez, and his son-in-law Larry D. Dzenowski.
Beto was a man of deep faith and principles, who kept things in life simple. If asked, his advice to you was "keep your eyes open". We love you Dad, forever.
