Ruth Marie Coleman

Family visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Johnson’s Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm. Friday September 21, in Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Coleman was born September 8, 1927 to Emil Joseph and Annie Sue Albe Meurer. She married Thomas “Tom” Coleman September 18, 1954 San Angelo at Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Ruth retired at age 72 from the Receptionist of San Angelo Independent School District offices, and she was a kind and loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Survivors include a daughter Judy Stout and husband Tim, two sons Jim Coleman and wife Sherrie, Tommy Coleman and wife Von all of San Angelo, her other daughter Michelle Pustka and husband Gary of San Angelo, a sister-in-law Joy Meurer of Dallas, three grandchildren Christina Marie McCosh and husband Ryan of Holiday, Florida, Brandon Coleman and wife Klaye of San Angelo, Dustin Coleman and wife Ashley of San Angelo, seven great grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson Coad, Tyler and Lauryn McCosh, Taylynn, Rylec and Hayden Coleman, Numerous nieces nephews and a host of Loving Friends.
