

Theresa “Terry” Busker Shirley age 50, passed away Sunday October 23, 2011 at her home.
Rosary Services will be 6:30 Tuesday October 25 at Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday October 26, 2011 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, officiated by Father Charles Greenwell. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Terry was born to David and Trudy (Blackwell) Busker October 12, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was gifted to the world as a Floral Designer with great love and talent for her gift that she persued since age 15. Terry earned her Texas Master Florist Certification through the Texas State Florists’ Association. She married Joel Paul Shirley July 31, 1994 and they were blessed with their love and blessed others as owners of Shirley Floral Co.
Terry’s faith was central to her being and her character and heart were her testament of her knowing Jesus Christ as her Savior. She was one of those individuals who loved everybody and judged no one.
She had a keen, playful sense of humor that endeared you to her. She loved life and was an absolute dream passenger on her adventures with her husband on their motorcycle.
Terry is survived by her husband Joel Paul, Her special Children a daughter Ashley Jane Vaughan and son Michael Adam Vaughan, her parents David and Trudy Busker. Her brother Randy Busker and his wife Debbie Kure Busker and their two children Megan Busker Sower and her husband Jon, and Will Busker. Her stepdaughter Shannon Shirley Jackson and her daughter Anna Caroline Bischof. And her step mom Mrs. William A. “ Marge” Shirley and numerous other loving family members and many loving friends. And last but could have been first is a exceedingly special friend Patsy Kneller, whose love for Terry and Joel Paul and her dedication to the every Thursday movie night and many many many other special gifts, just cannot be forgotten.
Terry and all her family can never thank enough the aides and nurses of Hospice of San Angelo and the staff of Park Plaza Nursing Home where she spent a few days each of the last few months of her life.
Pallbearers will be Mike Henderson, John Hutton, Her Emmaus Reunion Group, Lori Francks, Sharon Alexander, Susan Ball, Lisa Curry, Katie Johnson and Landa Knight.
Terry loved flowers and those who would also choose to make contributions to a charity then could be done to Hospice of San Angelo, or the Multple Sclerosis Society.
