

Willa was born on January 6, 1932 in Fisher County, Texas to Ruble and Bernice Neeley. She attended Lake View High School and graduated in the class of 1950. She married Gordon Lewis Westbrook March 6, 1951 and had three children.
Willa had a passion for fishing, sports and painting. She also enjoyed a good game of dominoes. She loved her family dearly along with her beloved cat, Lacy. We will all miss her spunk, zest for life and great stories.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ruble and Bernice Neeley, her husband , Gordon Lewis Westbrook; her sons David Westbrook and Jack Westbrook; twin brother, Wilford (Bud) Neeley; sisters, Willie Mae Dittmar, Bernice Rae Harmes and Dorothy Wallace.
Survivors include one son, Gordy Westbrook and wife Vicki of Harper; sister, Loraine Dennis of Snyder; daughter-in-law, Debbie Westbrook of Tolar, sister-in-law, Wanda Johnson and husband Les of Bastrop, brother-in-law, Morgan Westbrook of Grape Creek, brother-in-law, Bill Westbrook and wife Linda of San Angelo; brother-in-law, Joe Wallace and Alyce of San Angelo; six grandchildren, Ashley Bates and husband Brandon, Jared Westbrook, Cole Westbrook and wife Ashley, Rowdy Westbrook and wife Heidi, Sunny Zamora and husband Geoff and Travis Westbrook and wife Katie; 10 great-grandchildren, Nathan, Dagen, Braelyn, Jackson, Clayton, Bailey, Koda, Rusty, Elliot and Charlotte; and several nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.
