Abel is survived by his wife Angie Valadez; children, Korina Valadez, Elizabeth Valadez, Xeyenne Valadez, Sophia Valadez and Abel Valadez III.; grandson, James Whetstone; brothers, Ruben Flores, Andrew Flores, and Mario Valadez; sister, Jessica Valadez.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 4, 2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road San Antonio, Texas 78238 with a funeral service at 11:30 A.M. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with U.S. Army military honors.
