He was born on May 10, 1978, in San Antonio, and as a young boy, he spent many happy times with his grandmother and family in Pleasanton. Adam enjoyed life and always shared his sharp wit with his friends and family. He was also a fan of the Spurs, cooking and music.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy; son, Nicholas Medina; daughter, Taylor Leigh Parrish; 2 aunts; 2 uncles and 9 cousins.
