I am sadden to hear of the loss of an ANGEL. I will forever remember her saying "Betty Sue get to class", and as I grew up she always greeted me with her loving smile and hug!

Dear Judy, I was saddened to hear about the loss of Adele. She was a very dear lady and I so very much enjoyed her over the years. Especially during the time she was coming to the beauty shop. She was a lot of fun and she will be missed very much. My prayers are with you and your family. I know you will miss her telling you " Shut up Judy" in her own special way. She did so much for so many people, and will be missed grately. May God hold you in the palm of His hand in the coming days.

There is nothing that I can say about this lovely lady that everyone here doesn?t know already so let me tell you what she means to me. I have known this lady for most of my life from when I entered DeMolay to present time. She has been a guide in my life for which I shall always be grateful. She was there when I need someone to talk to or a shoulder to lean on or cry on of which I did several times, like when I found out that I had Cancer and when my mother pasted away. She was my rock and my angel. She helped me stand fast and showed me how to be caring to others. We had so many fun times like going to Mexico and making all the wrong turns to the point she laugh so hard tears came down. When we went to Grand Chapter and walked the bay front and just watched the birds and ships. We talked a lot on the way to Chapter on Tuesday evenings and laugh about things and she had me singing songs once in a while she liked my voice. She would call me on my way home almost every evening to check on me if I didn?t call her first. Gee mom I?m ok I would tell her and she would say be quite and tell me you love me, and I would say of course I do, mom would say I know and I love you to. Lord I am going to miss mom and I feel so sorry for myself but happy that she is with the Lord and Malcolm. Mom I Love You with all my heart.

One of the most golden of links has fallen away from our family chain and will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

It's been so many years but I can picture your Mom sitting at our kitchen table for coffee. We don't take the time now to just visit like they used to. I'm sorry for your loss but I can picture Lil, Ruth, and Adele having coffee together again.

I enjoyed our working together for 28 years at Woodlawn Elementary. Know that you are in my thoughts at this time of sorrow in your life.

Adele was a wounderful lady who we will never forget. our prayers and thoughs are with the family,

No words can express our love and respect for Adele, or how much she will be missed. Life is not measured by how many breaths we take, but rather by moments that take our breath away. Adele had such a sense of humor and wit that took our breath away many times. When my mother passed a few years ago she let me lean on her for advice and motherly friendship. I will miss this. Thanks to her family for sharing her with us.
