Adelina was born on November 20, 1961 to Paula Cantu and Manuel Martinez. She is preceded in passing by her parents, sister Guadalupe Fischer, sister Maria Gallegos, brother Manuel Martinez Jr., sister Stella Taverez, brother Henry (Ricky) Martinez, nephew Peter Michael Guerra and furbaby Roxie. She is survived by her life long companion of 37 years, Connie Dominguez; her sisters, Isabel (Liz) Fraga, Lydia Guerra, and Irene Martinez; brothers, Jose Martinez and Felipe Martinez; numerous nieces and nephews and furbaby Ricki.
She enjoyed going to the beach, taking pictures of nature, spending time with family and exploring off the beaten path.
Adelina’s legacy continues through those she loved most, and she will be immensely missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Porter Loring Mortuary - West, with an evening service to follow at 7:00 p.m.
A visitation will occur at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Porter Loring Mortuary – West with a Prayer Service to begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian.
