Adrienne also will be remembered for her devotion to her beloved husband with whom she had a shared interest in boating, traveling and their Labrador Retrievers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip R. Spicer, the former President of Dumas Hardware Co., and her parents Alvin and Hazel Wurzbach.
She is survived by her children, Phillip R. Spicer, Jr. and wife, Lana, Laurie Schindler and husband, Steve, Pat Allen and husband, Jim, all of San Antonio, and Lisa Howard and husband, Phil of McKinney, TX; eight grandchildren, Trey, Ben and Will Spicer; Jay Saldana, Steven Schindler, Bo and Shawn Allen, Alex and Addie Howard; and brother-in-law, Frank Spicer of Thornton, CO. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. In remembrance of her husband's battle with leukemia, the family requests donations to be made to Cancer Therapy and Research Center.
