Agricola Odilia Cobba left this earthly realm on February 21, 2025, at the age of 79 years after a valiant fight with cancer. Odilia was born in Santa Clara Durango Mexico. In early adulthood she moved to the USA, where she met the love of her life, Humbert C. Cobba and then became a naturalized citizen in 2012.
Agricola, known to her family and friends as Odilia, was the proud mother of three children. Odilia was a great wife and loving mother who showed incredible strength and determination in managing her household and raising her children.
Love was an important ingredient in nurturing the development of her children and creating a strong bond within the family. Gestures such as making someone’s favorite afternoon snack, walking them home from school or having someone’s favorite music playing in the background went a long way to establishing a tight knit bond and enduring love of family.
Odilia was the type of woman who was easy to talk to and if someone asked, she would provide sage wisdom and encouragement. Odilia was a Christian woman who prayed daily for her family, believed in God and consistently lived by and said, “Primero Dios!”
Odilia joins her husband, Humberto C. Cobba, and son, Humberto Cobba Jr., in heaven. She is survived by her daughters, Susana Cobba, Veronica C. Mennito, and son-in-law, Michael Mennito, fur babies, Lucy and Lexi, and several friends and family.
