Augustin R. Garcia of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 9, 2026 at the age of 90. Augustin was born on August 28, 1936 in Bartlett, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father Ireneo Garcia, mother Maria Raya, sister Petra Garcia, brother Raphel Garcia, wife Mary Ann, and son Mario Albert Garcia.
Augustin is lovingly remembered by his family; son, Edward Garcia, grandson Trevor Garcia (Mario), and granddaughters Kailey and Ayden Garcia along with many extended family and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, US, on November 14, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a prayer service recited at 2:00 pm.
