Alan Weinblatt, 83, passed away in San Antonio, Texas, on February 11, 2026. He leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Didi Sherwin Weinblatt. Alan was born in New York City in 1942. He attended Stuyvesant High School, received a BA summa cum Laude from New York University, and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. After a teaching career, he became a speech and issues-advertisement writer. He was a classical music aficionado and supporter.
