Albert was the definition of a hard working man. He was a quiet and simple man who was always quick to help anyone in need. He was a mechanic by trade his entire life, but he sure loved being a jokester. He could tell a story and at the end say he was just kidding all the while he would have you believing him. He adored his children and grandchildren growing up as they always had everything they needed and more. He worked for VIA Metropolitan for many years as a mechanic where he later retired. Before he fell ill he would attend the early morning mass at Blessed Sacrament and shortly after became a volunteer for the church helping out with anything they needed. One of his fondest memories from being a volunteer was to chaperone the new incoming sisters from around the world assisting them with errands throughout town. Albert was a loving father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank all those who cared for and assisted him the last year and half as he fought tirelessly to defeat his illness.
