Alberto E. Losoya

SMSGT Alberto E. Losoya, U.S.A.F., Retired, born on August 23, 1936 in San Antonio, TX went to be with the Lord on October 3, 2011 at the age of 75. He served 44 yrs. in the United States Air Force and started his career in 1954 at Brooks AFB and retired as Flight Chief at the 433rd Airlift Wing. He enjoyed his retirement with his family and visiting many taco houses in San Antonio. He is loved by many and will forever be remembered and missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Tomasa Losoya and his son, Manuel Anthony Losoya. He is survived by his wife, Tommie (Sofia) Losoya; sons, Albert, Alfred (Teri), and Michael (Melissa); grandchildren, Manuel, Matthew, Jacob, Adonis, Amber, and Emilio; also, many family, friends, and beloved pets, Molly and Daisy. The family would like to give special thanks to Alex Moreno for all his love, loyalty, and support given to Mr. Losoya. Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Procession will depart from the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Friday, October 7, 2011 for a 9:00 a.m. Mass at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
