“Goty” as she was affectionally known, was born on June 24, 1932 in Boquete, Panama to Ricardo and Aurelia Medica. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and was loved by all that knew her.
Goty was preceded in death by her husband Tomas, son Tommy, and daughter Aleida. She is survived by her sister Estela; sons Ricky with spouse Maria; Jerry with spouse Gena; daughter Deanna with spouse Dirk; grandchildren Alex, Tony, Arianna, Veronica, Gianna; great grandchildren, Andres, Amelia, Emma, and Zakari who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
All that remember Goty will be reminded of her love for bowling, bingo, cooking, and salsa dancing. As a devoted military spouse she was well traveled, which included her living in Spain and Bermuda.
Services will be held at Porter Loring Mortuary West, on May 15, 2025 at 10:30 AM with interment at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas at 2:00 PM.
