As you grieve know that we are remembering you and honoring the memory of "Alejandra Flaharty".

Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss... My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

It saddens me to know Mrs. Alex is no longer with us. She was such a great person and a wonderful teacher to our son.  He often cried at drop off, but never with Alex. Her warm heart and loving hands would scoop him up and he would go willingly which made me smile knowing he was in good hands. Alex will surely be missed!

Alex, the world has lost an incredible light. Thank you for all the fun memories and for bringing so much joy and laughter into our lives.

It's really hard to believe this sad news Ms Alex. Since I heard, I've been watching all of your videos with my son Owen, the one especially of how you placed flashcards of various animals in front of him and told him to say the names of each animal, and the sounds they make.. and he got everything right - You taught him well! Oh Alex.. it's so hard to believe you're gone. From the moment he moved to your classroom, Evan had your heart. He flourished under your care.   I'll never forget the time I handed you Will. He was 4 months old, and I didn't give you a choice. Your face was priceless. "Amber, you know I don't do babies!" But I knew Will was safe in your arms. Dear Alex, You were the most crazy fun loving person I ever worked with. I am so glad to be able to call you a friend. You made my days as a boss at Country Kids never dull. Your love and compassion for children will never be forgotten!!! You were my Mustang sister!!! I will never forget your Sassy ways, your love for your children and their families, your love for Pingo, your parents and for Mike and the kids!!! Oh Alex, how I will miss your fantastic sense if humor. I loved that you were always yourself no matter what. You always spoke your mind and the truth. That my dear is what made you you. I will forever have you in my thoughts.  God Bless You to Michael, children , her mother and father.

My sister Venessa and I shared so many great and not so great times together and that made us all that much closer and you could even say like sisters. We are always on the road exploring what the new day held for us. We took many road trips and spring break vacations together.  We shared many tears, laughter and memorable moments. I will forever hold you close to my heart my dear Alex. You will be missed but never forgotten. All my love!

Alejandra was like a sister to me. We lost touch in Laredo when we were in 6th grade and reunited in San Antonio during our senior year in high school and from then on we were inseparable. I will always treasure all of these memories we had with each other. Living together were some of my best times. I can still hear your contagious laugh and see your beautiful smile. You were definitely one of a kind and had something very special about you that drew people in. I love you always and forever my beautiful friend.   My deepest condolences to her husband Michael, her parents Patricia and Mohammed, and the rest of her family.
