

A.J. will be lovingly remembered by his sister Margaret Mary Di Caro, his wife Sandra Yarritu Di Caro, and his sons Gregory Sands (Anna) and Bryan Scott (Kristin); Suzanne, a devoted mother to Gregory and Bryan; grandchildren Teraleah (Logan), Alexandera (Lexi), Elynore (Elly), Brooklyn, Aaliayah, Chloe, Zander, Gabby, Zaylee and Zachary: great grandchildren, London.
Stepdaughter, Michelle (Fernando) Treviño, grandchildren, Sebastian, Sathina, Saviandra and Selamir.
Alexander (Doc), was preceded in death by his parents Alexander and Margaret Di Caro, Sr.
Doc will be remembered as a lifelong member of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, member of the Masonic Gray Lodge #329 and Arabia Shrine Temple in Houston for over 50 years, an Arabia Oriental band music director, medical director for Temple and Shrine Circus, owner of Analytical Group Inc, for medical and engineering, for 60 years as an MRO, an x-ray tech and combat medic for the U.S. Army in the late 50’s, and a lifetime member of the VFW.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday, February 28, 2026, at, Porter Loring Mortuary, at 1101 McCullough Avenue, San Antonio, Texas.
Service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas.
Celebration of Life immediately following at the VFW Post 8541, 2222 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas. Food and drinks will be provided as we celebrate A.J., Dad, Peepaw and Doc.
