Alfonso Ray Moreno, III

He was called to be with the Lord on August 19, 2021 at the age of 50.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso B. and Ramona R. Moreno; and grandson, Andrew Xavier Corona.

Alfonso is survived by his sister, Leticia V. Moreno; nephews, Christian Luis, Jesse Moreno, and Jason Moreno; children Ashley Moreno, Kristine R. Vega, Alonzo Moreno, Kristal Rae Corona, Alyssa Moreno, and Alfonso Moreno Jr.; sons-in-law Alejandro Corona, and Adam Chitwood; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Moreno; and 12 grandchildren.

He had a smile that never left his face even through hard times, his love for God was unconditional. He was the drummer of the genre Tejano and Christian music, he was apart of a christian band named EVE for 10 years and loved every second of it.

Alfonso impacted many families and strangers, his big heart and kindness was a blessing to everyone, he was the best father to his children, a brother, a loving friend, a grandpa and an uncle. He will be deeply missed by many and never ever forgotten. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
