

Alfred worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 37 years, retiring in August 1986 to pursue his business interests. Alfred was a self-made home builder, carpenter, and real estate broker, having his real estate business for the past 40 years. He was a devout catholic member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Clemente and Aurora Gonzales, siblings and grandson, Stephen L. Spencer, Jr.
Alfred is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Gloria A. Gonzales (Dolly); daughter, Darlene Beeson and husband Bill; son, Robert Gonzales and wife Linda; daughter, Cynthia Rosales; son, Gary Gonzales and wife Gloria; daughter, Lorraine Sifford and husband Walter; grandchildren; Michael C. Spencer, Natalie M. Rosales, Jonathan D. Spencer, Robert John (RJ) Gonzales, Jacob A. Sorola, Robert E. Rosales, III; Kaitlin Gonzales; Nathan J Sorola, and great grandson, Gavin Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Monday December 16, 2013 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough Ave.
