Alfredo Andrade Gómez, de 57 años, nació el 27 de febrero de 1969 y falleció el 19 de agosto de 2026. Alfredo fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres, Marcelino Andrade Lugo y María Isabel Gómez Sánchez (Chita), y por su hermana, Silvia Andrade Gómez.

Le sobreviven sus hijos: Marcela Andrade, Mariana Andrade, Alfredo Andrade Jr., Arecelli Andrade, Emichael Chavarría y Arabelle Chavarría; sus hermanos: Josefina Andrade Gómez, Alicia Andrade Gómez, Rodrigo Andrade Gómez, Gloria Andrade Gómez, Yolanda Andrade Gómez, Arnulfo Andrade Gómez y Ludivina Andrade Gómez; sus sobrinos: Iván, Norma, Luis, César, José, Rodrigo, Silvia, Nelson, Braulio, Guillermo, Tania, Diego, Felipe, Daniel, Gabriela, Francisco, Jassiel, Alicia, César, Mario y Andrea; así como tres nietos.

Como padre dedicado, el amor de Alfredo por sus hijos fue el eje central de su vida. Encontraba alegría en la música y el baile, y se sentía orgulloso de los equipos que seguía: fútbol y béisbol, los Texans y los Spurs. También disfrutaba cocinar y, por supuesto, compartir una bebida; placeres sencillos que unían a las personas y hacían que el tiempo compartido con familiares y amigos fuera cálido, cercano y pleno.

El velorio se llevará a cabo en la Funeraria Del Ángel Treviño (2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211) el 27 de agosto de 2026, comenzando a las 5:00 p. m. y extendiéndose hasta las 11:00 p. m. Ese mismo día, 27 de agosto de 2026, se rezará el Rosario en el mismo lugar, de 6:00 p. m. a 7:00 p. m. A continuación, se celebrará un servicio en la capilla, en el mismo lugar, el 28 de agosto de 2026, de 11:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m.

Alfredo was preceded in death by his parents, Marcelino Andrade Lugo and Maria Isabel Gomez Sanchez (Chita), and by his sister, Silvia Andrade Gomez.

He is survived by his children, Marcela Andrade, Mariana Andrade, Alfredo Andrade Jr., Arecelli Andrade, Emichael Chavarria, and Arabelle Chavarria; siblings, Josefina Andrade Gomez, Alicia Andrade Gomez, Rodrigo Andrade Gomez, Gloria Andrade Gomez, Yolanda Andrade Gomez, Arnulfo Andrade Gomez, and Ludivina Andrade Gomez; nieces and nephews, Ivan, Norma, Luis, Cesar, Jose, Rodrigo, Silvia, Nelson, Braulio, Guillermo, Tania, Diego, Felipe, Daniel, Gabriela, Francisco, Jassiel, Alicia, Cesar, Mario, Andrea; and 3 grandchildren.

A devoted father, Alfredo’s love for his children stood at the center of his life. He found joy in music and dancing, and took pride in the teams he followed—soccer and baseball, the Texans, and the Spurs. He also enjoyed cooking and, of course, sharing a drink—simple pleasures that brought people together and made time with family and friends feel warm, familiar, and full.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, on August 27, 2026, beginning at 5:00 pm and continuing until 11:00 pm. A Rosary will be held there on August 27, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Chapel Service will follow at the same location on August 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
