Alfredo Andrade Gomez, age 57, was born on February 27, 1969, and passed away on August 19, 2026. He will be remembered with deep respect and lasting affection by all who knew him, and for the steady devotion he showed to the people he loved most. His life reflected a quiet strength—marked by hard work, commitment, and the kind of love that is felt most in everyday presence and care.
Alfredo was preceded in death by his parents, Marcelino Andrade Lugo and Maria Isabel Gomez Sanchez (Chita), and by his sister, Silvia Andrade Gomez.
He is survived by his children, Marcela Andrade, Mariana Andrade, Alfredo Andrade Jr., Arecelli Andrade, Emichael Chavarria, and Arabelle Chavarria; siblings, Josefina Andrade Gomez, Alicia Andrade Gomez, Rodrigo Andrade Gomez, Gloria Andrade Gomez, Yolanda Andrade Gomez, Arnulfo Andrade Gomez, and Ludivina Andrade Gomez; nieces and nephews, Ivan, Norma, Luis, Cesar, Jose, Rodrigo, Silvia, Nelson, Braulio, Guillermo, Tania, Diego, Felipe, Daniel, Gabriela, Francisco, Jassiel, Alicia, Cesar, Mario, Andrea; and 3 grandchildren.
A devoted father, Alfredo’s love for his children stood at the center of his life. He found joy in music and dancing, and took pride in the teams he followed—soccer and baseball, the Texans, and the Spurs. He also enjoyed cooking and, of course, sharing a drink—simple pleasures that brought people together and made time with family and friends feel warm, familiar, and full.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, on August 27, 2026, beginning at 5:00 pm and continuing until 11:00 pm. A Rosary will be held there on August 27, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Chapel Service will follow at the same location on August 28, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
