Alice M. Blunt age, 90, went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2011. She was born on June 19, 1920 in Boerne, Texas to John Wesley and Amy Joyce Potter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Blunt, 5 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her daughters, Patsy B. Martin and husband Charles, Cecile Blunt, Sharon Hyatt and husband Joe; sister, Amy Ruth Potter; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with Dr. Tim Marrow officiating and Rev. Robert Canion assisting. Interment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Helotes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University Park or Crossroads Baptist Church.
