Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Cooke; sons, Michael and Kevin West. She is survived by 6 children; Karen Sanchez & husband, Joe, Linda Perez & husband, Harry, William West, Meredith Bendele & husband, John, Kimberly Knowlton & husband Scott, Tracey Moehring ; 23 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren ; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Monday , August 29, 2016 at 11:30 AM at Holy Name Catholic Church, 3814 Nash Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78223 with visitation held one hour prior. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
