Alicia was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. Benancio and Alicia got married and moved to San Antonio where they built their life together. She was a truly special person who made everyone around her feel cherished and unique. Through both the good and bad times, she was a supportive presence. Whenever anyone
needed comfort, Alicia was always easy to lean on. She constantly put the needs of others before her own, living a life defined by her kind, humble, and hospitable heart.
Alicia's life was deeply rooted in her faith. Each day she faithfully prayed the rosary and made it a point to always give her family her blessing. As a devoted wife and mother, she poured her whole heart into her family. She loved bringing everyone together and found pure joy in family gatherings, parties, and holidays. On those special days she loved cooking and baking for everyone. She also loved gardening, sewing, dancing, and never missed an opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren at their events.
She was loved by all of her family, many dear friends, and countless people whose lives she touched so deeply. She will be missed every single day but her love stays with us forever.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Highland Nursing Center for the compassionate care given to Alicia. We also thank everyone who has supported our family during this difficult time.
