

She was 55 years of age and a resident of San Antonio, Texas. She was a long standing member of Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church. There she served our God as Ruling Elder, member of various committees; youth group leader, Sunday school teacher, President of Presbyterian Women, and soprano Cantor. She was the epitome of a devoted wife and excelled in what she endeavored.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edell W. Key; mother, Lois R. Ellis; paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Joe Key and maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Raymond W. Ryan.
She is survived by her husband of more than 35 years, T. Charles Parr, III; brother, Ron W. Key; sister-in-law, M. Follin Key; nephew, Alex H. Key; stepfather, S. Aaron Ellis; mother-in-law, Mrs. Thurmond C. Parr, Jr. and many friends.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
