Allen B. Jennings Ret. Col, of San Antonio age 73, died on October 13, 2001. He was a graduate of Central High School class of 1945, graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, class of 1950. He received his MBA and a Masters of History from Harvard University in 1958. Col Jennings served as the United States Defense Attaché to Belgium and retired from the US Army in 1978. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary H. Jennings on December 13, 1990. He is survived by his daughter, Katherine A. Tix and her husband Jeff of Sugar Land, TX.
