Allene Ruth Hayworth Goodman

Allene Ruth Chaffin Hayworth Goodman passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 13, 2015 at age 89. Born in Iredell, Texas on December 24, 1925, she married O. B. Hayworth on November 24, 1944.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mattie and Charles V. Bryant, brother, Vernon Chaffin and sister, Ada Gleason, father of her children, O.B. Hayworth, son, Donald Wayne Hayworth, daughter, Karan Diane Gautreaux, daughter-in-law, Kim Hue Hayworth, and grandson, Donald Wayne Jr. She is also preceded by second husband, Dempsey Goodman.

She is survived by son, Clayton Vance Hayworth, daughter, Glynda Jeanette Madison, son, Ronald Ray Hayworth and his partner, Rick Davis. She is also survived by granddaughters, Paula Robinson and Ann Richardson, whom she raised as her own, as well as 12 other grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces; Sharon (Charles) McAllister, Patsy Cox and many other relatives.

Visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home October 23, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Funeral Service October 24, at 2:00pm, followed by interment in Sunset Memorial Park.
