To the entire Aguilar Family and extended family members, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your beloved and precious Mr. Aguilar. I will always remember Mr. Aguilar as a very gracious and gentle man much like his god son Raymond Farias. May God bless each of you and give you strength as you prepare to bid Mr. Aguilar farewell. Take comfort in knowing that you will see he and David again as they are now angels in God's kingdom.

I met Amador briefly in Comanche when he, David and Sandra stopped on their way back to SA. But one of my fondest memories is when Gene and I first came to SA after we got married he met us and took us to dinner at the Little Red Barn and then he told us all the special things we could do during Fiesta Week.

He always welcomed us with open arms and a warm heart. He will be truly missed but I know he is with David talking about baseball.

Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the service. But our prayers are with the family. Love, Gene, Pat and Katherine Abbey

A serious oversight was made when we proof read the obituary. Sandra V. Aguilar, our daughter-in-law and sister-in-law, was left off of it. Sandra was David's (our son and brother) wife for 34 years. She took care of him, especially when diagnosed with and battling cancer for the last three years of his life. We are proud to call her daughter and sister. Our sincerest apologies go to her and her family for this omission.
