Amanda Nicole Delgado, age 23, passed away August 19, 2014. She was born on April 29, 1991 in Amarillo, TX. She was a graduate of John Marshal High School and had attended Texas Wesleyan University. She loved soft ball and was in the Little League World Series Softball Team that won the championship in 2007. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Dennis Hethcox and Joe H. Delgado, cousins, Michael Delgado and Thomas Walker. She is survived by her parents, Danny and Joyce Delgado; sister Trisha Fricks and husband Donavan; brother, Joshua Delgado; grandmothers, Myrna Hethcox and Ida Delgado; uncles, Mario Delgado, Tony Delgado, Albert Delgado and Leslie Hethcox; aunt, Cecelia Kerr; niece, Kyree Fricks; nephew, Elijah Delgado; boyfriend, Eddie Flores and numerous cousins. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 23, 2014.
