Amelia M. Zuniga was called home to be with the Lord, on October 24, 2013 at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her loving parents: Lazaro & Guadalupe Moreno, husband Pete Zuniga Sr., son Pete Zuniga Jr., grandson Albert Navarro and brother Lazaro Moreno Jr. Amelia is survived by her loving children: Raul Roy Zuniga (Emily), Carmen Zuniga Trevino (Conrad), Hector Zuniga (Grace), Sylvia Zuniga Garcia (Steven), sister Josie Jasso Moreno, 15 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great-granddaughter. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
