She is survived by her children, Albert Macal; George Macall; Nelda Martin; Julie Tijerina; Joe Macal; Nora Toup; Brenda Macal; step-son, Jose Macal; 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings; Olga Donnelly; Adulfo Munoz, Jr. both of Zapata, TX; Hilda Munoz; Nance Munoz both of Roma, TX; and Edna Hernandez of Rio Grande City, TX.
Aminta worked as a school teacher in the Valley and retired in San Antonio after 47 years of service.
She was a compassionate and loving person and she never met a stranger.
