Lit a candle this morning for Angelo.  Sending my condolences to the family and all who knew Angelo.

I remember playing golf with Angelo and my brother David.  In the earlier days, it was Angelo and David out ahead of me on the course as they were much better players than I.  In the latter years, as Angelo was beginning to slow down, I was able to spend more time with him riding together in our cart.  He still could play better than me!  I will surely remember those days with Angelo.   RIP my friend.

It's a sad day. I lost a mentor and my best golf buddy. And a true friend!  

You're a generous and kind person, Angelo. Rebecca and I will miss you.  God bless your soul.

I am feeling sad that I was never able to see my Uncle-o before he passed (said as one word, combing Uncle and Angelo = UncleO).
Many fond memories I will cherish forever. I used to love when he would call our house and pretend like he was Prince (the musical genius). 
His wit and humor always had me in stitches!  Like the one time we commandeered a grill while vacationing in the Outer Banks (sometime in the 80's). We drove past said grill and scouted out the situation. We decided we needed to go for some ice cream, so we could come up with the master plan on how to take the grill.  Side note, Uncleo was an ex cop, so it makes the scenario that much funnier.  After our ice cream "meeting," we did another drive-by to make sure the coast was clear.  We didn't see anyone, so we looped back around. Then Uncle Angelo jumped out of the car and grabbed the grill.  He jumped back in the car and said "hit it Mike" (my Dad) while barely in the car.  I am sure it is one of those stories that you had to be there for, but will forever crack me up.  *Disclaimer: grill was out at the end of the driveway, most likely placed there for the garbage man to haul away... my uncle was not really a thief, hee hee!
Rest in peace Uncle Angelo.  Enjoy the golf up there and also, please give Grandma a huge hug and kiss from me. ⛳️🏌‍♂️

As I'm waking up this Saturday morning, I'm reflecting on Angelo, the " yard sale and swap meet shopping king", whose passion was to spend a big portion  of every Saturday and Sunday following the signs and stopping in search of the perfect deal! Through all the years he did find some of the most remarkable deals for himself and all of us and was so proud and excited to share those with us. I also often went with him as the " sign lookout" as he drove,as we didn't want to miss any opportunity. So many fond memories of good times, with a great partner  making the best find of the day! Our memories are in my heart forever! Love always Jan

My deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Angelo. Am so sorry for your deep loss.   I have such wonderful memories of him as a youngster while visiting our grandparents' home during some summers. Such a wonderful person. He was so thoughtful to call my own parents often throughout the years when they were alive. They appreciated that so much. May all be comforted by  the many wonderful memories they have of him.

I don’t remember life without having Angelo around. He was like a step dad to me for 35 years and another grandpa to my daughter for her 20 years now. Great sense of humor! I will miss him butt dialing me since I was probably listed first in his contacts. We love you Angelo and you will be greatly missed! ❤️

We are all just heartbroken. You were such a huge part of our lives, practically a grandfather to Julia. I have so many great memories of you from the golf course, at Jan’s house, and at family get-togethers. I feel blessed to have known you. We’re sad but grateful to know that you are no longer suffering.

We all have 35 years of fond memories with Angelo as part of our family. He was so witty,sharp,charming and an admired,avid and gifted golfer. We loved him very much and he'll always be in our hearts. Jan & family.
