

Born July 6, 1931 in Uvalde, TX, she grew up in San Antonio under the loving guidance of her grandmother, Mrs. Robert Porter Ingrum, fondly known as "Mammy".
She attended Saint Mary's Hall for 11 years and graduated from Del Rio High, where she was voted most beautiful senior girl in 1949.
She attended Bennett Junior College and The University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.
While at Saint Mary's Hall and UT, she met, dated and married R.E. Buster Fawcett, Jr. They celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary December 3, 2006.
She was proud of her many accomplishments, and not necessarily in any particular order, her children, grandchildren, pimiento cheese, vegetable soup, bridge prowess and needlepoint.
She was a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Junior League, the San Antonio Country Club and The Argyle Club.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.P. Ingrum, her father, R.P. Ingrum, Jr., her mother, Geneva Sessum.
She is survived by her husband, Buster and their daughters: Lynn and John Russell, of Houston, Beth Pritchard and Nita and Michael Kiolbassa of San Antonio as well as 7 grandchildren. Kelly Russell McWherter Blake, Robert Russell, Steven Pritchard, Annie Pritchard, Carey Pritchard, Rusty Kiolbassa and Claudia Kiolbassa. She is also survived by many wonderful friends and her loving caretakers, Ema and Maricela.
