Ann Elizabeth Godsey, age 93, of Cedar Park, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012. She was born in Temple, Texas on October 26, 1919 to Ernest B. and Ruth A. Powers.
She lived in Temple, Texas before attending college at what is now Sul Ross State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.

Joe was in the service and as a military wife Ann and her family moved more than 25 times. As a result she and Joe lived all over the world, making many lasting friendships along the way. She was an expert seamstress, knitter, crocheter and artist and while living in Austin she shared her love of handwork by teaching sewing and knitting at the International Student Ministry of Highland Park Baptist Church.
One of her greatest joys was the ability to do for others and she was always happy to provide her beautiful handwork to others.
