Ann Helen Townsend

Ann Helen Townsend, age 92, passed away on May 16, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. She was born in Cleveland, OH. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker and Registered Nurse Anesthetist who served in the U.S. Air Force. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, COL (Ret) Dr. Frank M. Townsend.

She is survived by her son Robert Townsend, daughter in law Nancy, grandchildren Brad, Courtney and Jeffrey, six great grandchildren and stepson Frank M. Townsend Jr.

The Graveside Service is 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.sunsetfuneralhomesa.com.
