Ann was born and raised in Washington, D.C., and moved to San Antonio, Texas, with her husband John in 1992. Ann talked often about the three lives she was privileged to live. Her first life was raising two beautiful children in Springfield, Virginia. She loved being a mom and sharing with them all that is fabulous in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Her second life was as the founder of Flowers Unique in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. She enjoyed sharing stories of the exquisite flowers and all the amazing clients she was fortunate to work with. One of her accomplishments there was as a founding member of the Alexandria Women’s Business Association. Her third life started with moving to San Antonio. Here she jumped into real estate and found that she really enjoyed the art of doing business as an agent with the Phyllis Browning Company. Ann was a Residential Property Specialist. Ranked as one of the Top Residential Real Estate Agents in the city, Ann was consistently designated a "Superstar" by the Phyllis Browning Company.
In San Antonio Ann was active in the following: Community Activities - Founding President of the Landa Gardens Conservancy, World Affairs Council, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Monte Vista Historical Association, Trinity University Policy Maker Breakfast Series, San Antonio Museum of Art, McNay Museum of Art, Witte Museum, San Antonio Symphony Orchestra, and Downtown Alliance; Professional Accomplishments and Business Associations - San Antonio Business Journal's List of Top Real Estate Agents, Member, Masters in Leadership, Recipient, Texas Monthly 5 Star Realtor Award, Member, Elite Realtors Group in San Antonio, Member, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Member, Texas Association of Realtors, and Graduate, FBI Citizens' Academy.

Ann was very dedicated to all her family and loved each one dearly.
