

Always the social belle, Anna met her first husband, Hildreth Cohron, II in Florida while he was serving in the Navy and she became a wife, homemaker and mother. After his death, she met another Navy man, Archer W. Malcolm had another son and was now a mother to two children.
Anna lived 26 years in Florida with Archer. After his passing in 1976, she met and married her third Navy veteran, Montford J. McGill, and had 16 years with him until his passing, living in Florida, New Mexico and finally moving to San Antonio in 1982.
Anna was a devoted member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. She volunteered at the Green Door re-sale shop every Wednesday for over 33 years and was a member of the Daughters of the King, The St. Francis Guild, and the Women of St. Luke's. She will always be remembered for her style and willingness to help.
Anna loved to be on the go and most of all enjoyed dancing, dinning and going to shows – she even tried to sneak out of her personal care home in her wheelchair to go to the movies, just days before her death.
Anna is survived by her sons; Hildreth Cohron, III (Sonny) of Florida and Tim Malcolm of San Antonio; 6 grandchildren to include Christina Malcolm, Anna Cohron, Lyn Cohron, Mike Cohron (Wilson), Paul Cohron and Cindy (Cohron); 12 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many, many dear friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Porter Loring Mortuary.
