Born in Amarillo and raised in Dallas, Anne attended Highland Park High School and the University of Texas, graduating with a BFA and MFA.
As a youth literacy civic leader, McNay art docent, and friend, this creative loving woman touched many lives.
She is survived by John, her husband of 36 years; children, Sarah Louise Wymer and John David, Jr.; son-in-law, Matthew; grandchildren, Jackson, Olivia, and Sutton Wymer; sister, Rene; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Moore and Gayle Davidson; brothers-in-law, Alan Brown and Jim Moore; mother-in-law, Anne; and nieces and nephew, Beth, Amy, Kathleen, Abby, and Mark.
