
She joins her loving husband, John Joseph Riordan. Anne was one of Dennis Patrick Sheridan and Mary Hueber's nine children born and raised in San Antonio.
Anne and John Riordan were married on September 29, 1945 at which time they started a wonderful odyssey which began at Purdue University.
Upon John's graduation and entrance into the international oil business, they embarked on their travels. They lived in San Francisco, New York, New Jersey, Chicago, The Hague, Netherlands, Tehran, Iran, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, London, England, and finally returned to San Antonio, Texas.
Anne was the consummate traveler, linguist, and adventurer, approaching each new location with enthusiasm and fun no matter what hardships were involved.
Anne is survived by son, John Joseph Riordan Jr. and wife, Eileen and their children, Erin and Emily Riordan and great grandchildren, John Patrick and Ryleigh; son, Denis Patrick Riordan and his children, Sean, Elizabeth, Deirdre, Kevan, Maeveen, Kathleen Riordan and their mother, Bernadette; daughter, Kathleen Riordan Kennedy and husband, Patrick Joseph Kennedy Jr. and their children, Moira, Patrick III, Philip, and Francis Kennedy. Anne is also survived by brother, Philip Sheridan, and wife Rosemary, sister, Pat Woolett and husband, Don, and sister-in-law, Marjorie Sheridan.
The family is extremely grateful to Anne's loving caregivers, Heidi Pierre, Lupita Cerda, Doris Singleton, Blanca Carrillo, Elsie Castillo and the Incarnate Word Retirement Community.
Pallbearers will be Philip Sheridan, Sean and Kevan Riordan, Patrick III, Philip, and Francis Kennedy.
