Antonio U. Munoz

Antonio U. "Tony" Munoz, age 84, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013. He was born in Uvalde, Texas on April 22, 1929. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 24 years to include service in the USAF Band of the West. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Tomasa Munoz. Tony is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Munoz formerly of Eagle Pass, TX; children: Sylvia Disler and husband, John; Antonio Munoz, Jr. and wife, Hilda; Robert Munoz and wife, Lynn; six grandchildren: Julisa, Jenessa, Michael, Steven, Anthony, and Jason; four great-grandchildren: Annalyse, Jonathan, Bradley and Ethan; brother, Jesus Munoz, Jr. and wife, Aurora; sister, Dolores Riojas; numerous nieces and nephews; many wonderful friends and neighbors. He had a talent for music that he shared with all those he touched ~ we will hold him dear in our hearts. He served as the director of the bilingual music ministry and choir for Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 30th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough.
