Araseli Saldaña Charo was born in San Antonio, TX to Antonio & Graciela (Perez) Saldaña and entered eternal life on September 28, 2012 at the age of 32. She was the Unit Manager for Community Service at Sunset Funeral Home. Araseli was a member of Las Comadres and through them she was taking a Leadership Course. She loved photography, poetry, writing and reading. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Juanita Saldaña. Surviving are her husband of 5 years, Victor R. Charo; daughter, Ella Clarice Charo; parents, Toño & Graciela Saldaña; sisters, Erika Saldaña Tinajero and her husband, Hugo, Lydia Saldaña; nephew, Alejandro Tinajero; niece, Valerie Tinajero; mother & father-in-law, Janie & Victor A. Charo. Araseli is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, with a prayer service conducted at 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Park.
