Armando Ledesma

Armando lived life with a kind heart, and a personality that could brighten any room. Once you got past his stern demeanor, you quickly discovered his goofy sense of humor and his warm spirit. He had a gift for making others feel welcome and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He treated every living soul with kindness and respect no matter where you came from.

He had a passion for sports, music and family. He was a talented musician participating in a Mariachi Group in his youth. He found peace and happiness in the outdoors, enjoying the beauty of nature and the simple moments spent outside. He loved to travel and experience new adventures and cuisine. Above all else, Armando loved his family with his whole heart. They were his greatest pride and the center of his life. His greatest joy was finally becoming a father and spending all the time he could playing with his son. His laughter, generosity, and loving spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe J. Ledesma; maternal grandparents, Guadalupe & Manuela Garcia & Petronilo Valdez; paternal grandmother, Juana Beltran Ledesma and nephew, Matthew Cedillo.

He is survived by his father, Francisco Ledesma; beloved wife of 20 years, Marivel Ledesma and their son, Anthony; mother in law, Edna Guerra; siblings, Francisco Ledesma Jr (Mona Lisa) and Elizabeth M. Ledesma; sister in law; Yesena Rangel (Jesus); nieces and nephews, Angelina, William, Jacob, Gianna and Lizzet; aunts and uncle, Yolanda, Pete and Sylvia (Ramon). Armando is also survived by his numerous cousins, extended family and friends.

A visitation for Armando will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. 78211 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. On Tuesday, July 21, 2026 a Mass of Resurrection will begin at 11:00 AM at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Everyone will meet at Church. Following the Mass a procession will depart to San Fernando Cemetery II for Interment.
