Armando Diaz Trevino, born October 8, 1948 in Nava, Coahuila, Mexico, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2025 at the age of 77. Armando was a loving husband and father who found his greatest happiness being with his family. He had a deep love for listening to music, telling jokes and dancing with the love of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rodolfo Trevino & Juanita Diaz; siblings, Jose Viesca and Melida Viesca and granddaughter, Caitlyn Shultz.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Yolanda Trevino; children, Maria Christina Garces, Trinidad Garces (Ruby), Armando Trevino Jr (Lucy), Veronica Trevino Gonzalez (Tomas), Elisa Trevino Villegas (Roger), Marcela Trevino Shultz (Kevin); 21 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 from 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. 78211 with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Bexar Cemetery in Somerset, Texas
