Arthur M. Doss, Sr. born in Corpus Christi, TX March 16, 1921; went to be with the Lord February 7, 2004. He is survived by his loving wife Betty Doss; son, Arthur M. Doss, Jr. and his wife, Donna Lou; daughter, Barbara Arnold; brothers, Edward Doss and his wife Barbara,
Damon Doss and his wife Artie; sisters, Luella Richesin, Mary Lawler and Geneva McDonald; grandchildren, Dena Hall and Donyale Whitaker, Jeff Arnold and wife Madge, Dana Faust and her husband Brian; seven great-grandchildren.
He was a Charter Member of Castle Hills Christian Church. Mr. Doss is Past Patron of Harlandale Order of the Eastern Star and Bethany Chapter 912 Order of the Eastern Star. He is a life member of Charles Anderson Lodge #1413 and a Shriner.
He was a volunteer for many community and church activities. Art served in the Navy during World War II and Air Force during The Korean Conflict and retired from Kelly AFB after 42 years of service. He touched many lives during his life and was loved by all.
