Arthur enlisted in the United States Air Force March 9, 1959 and served our country proudly until his retirement May 31, 1994. Following his retirement, Arthur devoted his energy to serving his family as a devoted husband, father, and proud grandfather to three boys. His hobbies include golfing with family, fishing, collecting coins, and being outdoors.
Arthur was a devoted husband to his late wife Masako Kanarr. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Burt Monroe Kanarr.
Arthur is survived by his sons, Stephen Kanarr (Desiree) and Jeffrey Kanarr (Carmen); grandchildren, Stephen, Matthew and Jonathan; siblings, Esther Bleigh, Sarah Fortune, Ellen Brown, Harvey Glenn Kanarr and Harry Claire Kanarr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or towards Alzheimer’s research.
