Arthur Wayne Menchaca, born September 24, 1960, entered into rest on January 15, 2013, at the age of 52. Visitation will take place on Monday, January 21, 2013 from 8-11am with a funeral service to follow at 12pm. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
