Danny and I worked together at USAA about 10 years ago. In that fiercely corporate environment, he always struck me as the naughtiest elf in Santa's workshop. He was a delight to be around, and he made work fun. Lilla, I hope you know he was truly proud of you. My prayers are with you and your family.

I'm in tears over this. So many memories of Danny come flooding back to me - his exuberance, his energy, his fiery personality, his extradordinary talent. I hadn't seen Danny since our graduation from high school in 1973 - so many years have passed, but he has crossed my mind many times. At the twentieth reunion of our Churchill class in 1993, I went exploring the Blue Star compound, hoping to find him to say hello. I didn't catch up with him then. If only I had looked harder. My love and prayers go out to his family, who will forever remain in my heart.

Danny was a multi-talented person and one that I enjoyed knowing. His loss will be felt by all of us who knew and worked with him.When I was the Director of the San Antonio Performing Arts Asso., we selected artists to do the covers of our performance programs. Danny's was definitely one of my favorites. He was special.

My deepest condolences to Mr. Danny Geisler's family. He was a good friend . He will be missed by me and the rest of the art community. May God bless him and keep him in His loving prescence.

I met Mister Danny Geisler about 2 years ago and he left the most outstanding first impression. He always made me laugh, showed great appreciation for even the little things around him, and brought life to any situation. I have nothing but great memories of his presence. We will miss him greatly.

I am grateful for the time that I spent with Danny and the friendship that we shared. The influence of his creative spirit and sense of humor remain with me.

I have such nice memories of Danny decorating and helping with my grandaughter Anna Vallery's birthday parties. Also visiting with him at my daughter Allie Vallery's home. His many kindness and coming to New Orleans for my husband's funeral. May he be at peace

I will always remember Danny's humor and the fun we all had at REM Gallery. May he find materials for art in that big dumpster in the sky. I will miss Mister Danny, a great artist from San Antonio.

I am so very sorry about your father's untimely passing. I always loved his work at Jumpstart and his other art. Danny was so thoughtful about planning the memorial for Hap Veltman last year.
