Aurelia Gonzales

Aurelia Gonzales born June 21, 1935 in Charco, Texas was called home to be with our Lord on October 4, 2017 at the age of 82. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe Gonzales; parents, Rodrigo and Felicita Morales and siblings, Trinidad, Rosa, Oralia, Tomasita, Minerva, and Remigio. She is survived by her children, John Sierra and his son, Christopher, Moses Sierra and his children, Gabriel, Lucy, Sasha, Moses Jr., and Destini, Carlos Sierra and his children, Cynthia and Carlos Jr., and Martha Maltos and husband Jesse and their children, Angelica, Jessica and Joe, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Aurelia enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, playing bingo, spending time with her loving family and playing with her great grandson, Jacob. She was awarded for 15 years of volunteer work at the Blanco Apartments. She is loved by many and will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 9, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. San Antonio, TX 78237 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. Cremation will follow.
