She is survived by her children: Lorraine, Danny, Cornell, and David; daughter-in-law, Virginia; grandchildren: Sidney, Daniel, Marissa, Priscilla, Chandler, and Melanie; great-granddaughter, Phoebe.
Balbina was a daughter, wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, nurse, caregiver, rocker, joker, and friend.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2025 at Porter Loring Mortuary West.
A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at Porter Loring Mortuary West followed by a committal service at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian at 12:00 p.m.
