Barbara Ann Teeters, age 74, passed away August 3, 2010. She was born on July 3, 1936 in Jackson, MS. Barbara was a member of the “Bowling Family” and league secretary at Ponderosa Bowl. She worked at Ft. Sam Houston Exchange (AAFES) for 20 years as a phone operator. Barbara was a loving, giving person whose joy in life were her family and her friends.
She is survived by her loving husband, Charles R. Teeters Jr.; 3 children, Pat, Brian, and Tina Teeters.
Visitation will be 1-4 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
